Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Returns & Refund are allowed only in 3 cases
  •  Mismatch or Defective product delivery
  •  If we cancel the order from our side.
  •  Non Delivery

Except the above three there is no refund possible.

2. You can cancel the order before the 24 hours of exact delivery time. In case these is an emergency you can talk to us @ care@flowera.in .

3. Minor changes in the product shall not be considered as a change of product hence it is a natural hand made products there may be slight change from the image.

4. Online refund is made in the mode the customer has made the payment. It might take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Flowera holds all the right to change the Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
